Jams is located approximately 12 kms North of Monarto (see location).

It is available for weekend recreational riding (check calendar) for all sizes of dirtbike and quads.

Property owners are Jeff & Alison Sinclair and Stephen & Maureen Carney.

The property is approx 355 acres, of which riding tracks make up approx. 180 acres.

It is also used for sheep grazing, so always close the gate thankyou.

After entering the gates, drive down along the track approx. 2 kms and please stop adjacent to the caravans and sign in, all riders must sign on!

There are two large tractor tires at the gate, one at each side. (image of gate) note the two large tyres are now bright yellow with Jams in red text.
